[email protected] reaches the people who make Edyth. A question about a review, a charge, a receipt, or a manuscript that would not upload: send it with the manuscript's title and the time, and we will find it in our records. We answer within a working day.

Signed in, choose Feedback under your name at the top right. What you write there is kept as a thread, we answer in it, and you are mailed when we do. The first thing you tell us about Edyth, if it runs to more than a sentence, is thanked with 8 credits.
What we do with what you tell us.
Every message is read by a person. We may use what you say to improve Edyth, or quote it in our own advertising; in either case without your name or anything that would identify you, and never the manuscript. The Security page says what becomes of the manuscript itself.
